Die Geburtshilfe
In diesem Kapitel werden Links zu Leitlinien (Guidelines) renommierter in- und ausländischer Fachgesellschaften für die wichtigsten Handlungsstrategien der Geburtsmedizin angegeben. Insbesondere bei der zunehmenden medikolegalen Prägung der Geburtsmedizin helfen diese Leitlinien dem geburtshilflich tätigen Arzt, rasch die aktuellsten Behandlungsempfehlungen für ein optimales medizinisches Vorgehen zur Hand zu haben und klinisch umzusetzen.
Grundsätzlich geben Leitlinien Behandlungskorridore vor, die auf evidenzbasierter Studienlage beruhen, von denen aber im Individualfall bei schlüssiger Begründung (im Gegensatz zu den einzuhaltenden Mutterschafts-Richtlinien) auch abgewichen werden kann.
