In a study of 17 patients (10 women and 7 men) aged 25−85 years identified from the French pharmacovigilance database system (identified between September 1985 and July 2015) were described, who developed anaphylactic reactions following treatment with amoxicillin for prophylaxis of infective endocarditis for dental procedures. Additionally, four of these patients exhibited worsening of the amoxicillin related anaphylactic reactions following treatment with atenolol, celecoxib, ketoprofen, valsartan or lercanidipine [dosages, routes and duration of treatments to reaction onsets not stated; not all indications stated]. …
