The wide-spreading of organ transplantation [

3] with consequent immuno-suppressive and steroid therapy [
4] has led to an increase of complications of the gastro-intestinal tract, with percentages ranging from 8 to 20 % [

7]. Complications include perforated gastro-duodenal ulcers, cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, appendicitis, perforated or fistulized diverticulitis, pseudo-membranous colitis, and perianal fistulas [
