In a single-center study of 206 patients registered for treatment between January 2014 and June 2016, 16 patients [sexes not stated] aged 1.5−12 years were described, who developed febrile neutropenia, shock, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), septic arthritis, intracranial bleeding, tuberculosis, pseudomonas infection, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, fungal elements or sepsis following treatment with daunorubicin, methotrexate, vincristine, prednisolone or imatinib for Philadelphia-positive (Ph+) or Philadelphia-negative (Ph-) acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) [times to reactions onsets not stated; not all dosages and routes stated]. …
