Auf einen Blick

Trend Die Gesamtverordnungen der Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer sind 2022 gegenüber dem Vorjahr gering gesunken, die der oralen Antikoagulantien absolut im gleichen Maße wie im Vorjahr weiter angestiegen.. Die Verordnungen der Vitamin-K-Antagonisten nahmen auch 2022 weiter deutlich ab, während die der Thrombin- und Faktor Xa-Antagonisten gegenüber 2021 nochmals um knapp 10 % zugenommen haben. Der Verordnungsanteil der Vitamin-K-Antagonisten an allen oralen Antikoagulantien beträgt jetzt nur noch 13,6 %. Die Kosten aller Antithrombotika sind 2022 auf 3.004 Mio. € gestiegen. Der Anstieg gegenüber 2021 um 6,2 % ist auch diesmal allein durch die neuen direkten oralen Antikoagulantien bedingt. Bei den Antihämorrhagika sind die Faktor-VIII-Präparate die umsatzstärkste Gruppe. Modifizierte rekombinante Gerinnungsfaktoren sowie ein monoklonaler Antikörper (Emicizumab) als Faktor VIIIa-Mimetikum erweitern die Therapieoptionen bei Patienten mit angeborener Hämophilie A oder B.

Die Therapie von Echinokokkosen sollte immer in spezialisierten Zentren erfolgen. Eine symptomlose Echinokokkose kann – egal ob von Hunde- oder Fuchsbandwurm ausgelöst – konservativ erfolgen. Wenn eine Op. nötig ist, kann es sinnvoll sein, vorher Zysten zu leeren und zu desinfizieren.

Seit November 2023 gibt es evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen zum perioperativen Management bei gastrointestinalen Tumoren (POMGAT) auf S3-Niveau. Vieles wird schon entsprechend der Empfehlungen durchgeführt. Wo es im Alltag noch hapert, zeigt eine Umfrage in einem Klinikverbund.
