In a retrospective study of 33 patients, 10 patients (7 men and 3 women) aged 25−72 years were described, of whom 2 patients developed hyperkalaemia during treatment with sofosbuvir and daclatasvir for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, and 8 patients developed hyperkalaemia following concomitant administration of sofosbuvir and daclatasvir with nifedipine, carvedilol or amlodipine. Additionally, of these 10 patients, carvedilol was administered in 5 patients, which was contraindicated in HCV infection [not all dosages stated; routes, durations of treatments to reactions onset and outcomes not stated]. …
