Zusammenfassung

Durch die zunehmende Etablierung der Ellenbogenarthroskopie in der klinischen Praxis wurden die Indikationen auch auf die Frakturversorgung über minimalinvasive Zugänge ausgedehnt. Die vorhandene Evidenz stützt sich aber auf wenige verfügbare Fallberichte und Fallserien. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Zusammenfassung der vorhandenen Literatur, deren Evidenz und die Beschreibung der bisher verfügbaren Möglichkeiten zur arthroskopisch gestützten Frakturversorgung am Ellenbogengelenk. Hierbei wird insbesondere auf die bekannten Indikationen der Radiuskopffraktur, der Koronoidfraktur, der Capitulumfraktur und der lateralen Kondylenfraktur beim Kind eingegangen.

Mit dem demographischen Wandel versorgt auch die Chirurgie immer mehr betagte Menschen. Von Entwicklungen wie Fast-Track können auch ältere Menschen profitieren und bei proximaler Humerusfraktur können selbst manche 100-Jährige noch sicher operiert werden.
