Auf einen Blick

Trend Die Verordnung von antibakteriell wirkenden Arzneimitteln zeigen 2022 gegenüber den beiden Vorjahren (Pandemie) wieder eine Zunahme und liegen von der Gesamtmenge her fast wieder im präpandemischen Bereich. Die Zunahme gegenüber 2021 ist stark bei den Betalactamantibiotika, darunter Oralpenicillin (+42 %), Amoxicillin (+39 %), Amoxicillin/Clavulansäure und Oralcephalosporinen. Auch bei Makroliden kam es zu einer deutlichen Wiederzunahme der Verordnungen (+65 %). Diese Veränderungen sind auf die Zunahme von Atemwegsinfektionen, aber auch den besseren Zugang zu ärztlicher Versorgung 2022 im Vergleich zum Vorjahr zurückzuführen. Ein leichter Anstieg im Vergleich zu 2019 findet sich bei Pivmecillinam, während sonstige Arzneistoffen, die typischerweise bei Harnwegsinfektionen verordnet werden, in ähnlicher Menge verordnet wurden. Eine leichte Verordnungszunahme im Vergleich zum Vorjahr zeigen die Fluorchinolone (+13 %), die allerdings deutlich weniger als 2019 verordnet wurden. Keine wesentlichen Änderungen werden bei den Verordnungen von Tetracyclinen sowie von Antimykotika und antiviralen Arzneistoffen beobachtet.

Die Therapie von Echinokokkosen sollte immer in spezialisierten Zentren erfolgen. Eine symptomlose Echinokokkose kann – egal ob von Hunde- oder Fuchsbandwurm ausgelöst – konservativ erfolgen. Wenn eine Op. nötig ist, kann es sinnvoll sein, vorher Zysten zu leeren und zu desinfizieren.
