Kuratives Potenzial von CAR-T-Zellen bei r/r LBCL untermauert

Auch nach längerem Follow-up sind CAR-T-Zellen weiter wirksam. Das zeigt eine Studie mit Lisocabtagen-Maraleucel als Zweitlinientherapie bei Personen mit primär refraktärem oder früh rezidiviertem großzelligem B-Zell-Lymphom (r/r LBCL). Sie wurden bei der ASCO-Tagung vorgestellt.

Standardtherapie bei einem inoperablen kleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom im Stadium I-III (LS-SCLC) ist die Radiochemotherapie. Eine anschließende Konsolidierung mit Durvalumab kann das mediane Überleben um fast zwei Jahre verlängern.
