Carcinosarcoma of the gallbladder is a rare neoplasm. Carcinosarcoma, as the name implies, is characterized by the presence of both malignant epithelial and sarcomatous components [1‐3, 6, 7, 10, 14]. It has been described in many locations of the body including the uterus, lung, esophagus, liver, kidney, ovary, and pancreas [3]. The most common site is the uterus [4]. We report a case of carcinosarcoma of the gallbladder with heterologous differentiation in a 60-year-old woman along with a review of available literature. …

Seit November 2023 gibt es evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen zum perioperativen Management bei gastrointestinalen Tumoren (POMGAT) auf S3-Niveau. Vieles wird schon entsprechend der Empfehlungen durchgeführt. Wo es im Alltag noch hapert, zeigt eine Umfrage in einem Klinikverbund.
