Systemic-onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SoJIA) is a multisystem disease characterized by high fever, rash, arthritis, serositis, splenomegaly, and laboratory evidence of systemic inflammation. Although routine echocardiography reveals pericardial effusion in ≤40% of children [
