In a retrospective study of 60 patients, evaluated for the efficacy of cetuximab in squamous cell carcinomas of the skin, one patient [age and sex not stated] developed infusion-related reaction following cetuximab administration. The patient, who was enrolled in the study, received cetuximab infusion monotherapy with weekly loading dose of 400 mg/m² and then 250 mg/m². The patient developed grade III infusion-related toxicity after first injection of cetuximab [time to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. Treatment with cetuximab was discontinued. …
