A 67-year-old woman developed cardiomyopathy during treatment with doxorubicin for primary breast osteosarcoma. The woman, whose medical history included hypertension and type II diabetes mellitus, started receiving neo-adjuvant doxorubicin [Adriamycin; route and dosage not stated]. After 3 cycles, she underwent a right total mastectomy. Clinical examinations revealed partial response to neo‐adjuvant chemotherapy.
