In a review, an 11-year-old girl¹ was described who developed infusion related reaction following administration of elosulfase-α [Vimizim]. The girl had mucopolysaccharidosis type IVA and therefore she was treated with infusion of elosulfase-α 2 mg/kg/week. She received infusion of elosulfase-α at a home care setting and subsequently, developed infusion-related reaction [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. Therefore, she received the remaining two infusions at the hospital and no further infusion related reaction occurred. …
