Beschreibung
Formel zur Abschätzung der intrathekalen (autochtonen) IgM-Produktion in Lumbal-, Subokzipital- und Ventrikel-Liquorproben; Ausschlussgrenze: >0,1 (Grenzbereich: 0,07–0,1) CRM-470-Standard unabhängig; falsch-negative Werte: [AlbuminSerum] < Referenzbereich; falsch-positive Werte: [IgMSerum] < Referenzbereich; falsch-erhöhte Werte bei intrathekaler Monomer-IgM-Synthese, wenn immunnephelometrisch auf IgM-Pentamer kalibriert wird (Liquor/Serum-IgM-Quotient).
Störfaktor: Blutkontamination in CSF mit Hämolyse.
