Autonomic nervous system dysfunction is rather common in patients seen by general practitioners, neurologists, urologists, and cardiologists among others. Yet, few younger physicians have been systematically trained in how to diagnose and treat autonomic nervous system diseases. To address the issue, the European Federation of Autonomic Societies (EFAS) decided to organize a teaching course together with the European Association of Young Neurologists and Trainees (
http://www.EAYNT.org). The organizers closely collaborated with the European Federation of Neurologic Societies (EFNS). Participants received 10 points by the European accreditation council for continuing medical education. …
