Dyspnoea and urticaria: 2 case reports

In a retrospective review, 2 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, out of which one patient developed urticaria following administration of test dose of ferric carboxymaltose, and another patient developed urticaria and dyspnoea during administration of IV ferric carboxymaltose infusion [dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated]. Both patients had a history of hypersensitivity reactions to IV iron [specific drugs not stated]. …
