Combined hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC) is a rare form of primary liver cancer, which accounts for about 1.5 % [1] of cases. Here we report a case of gallbladder metastatic cHCC-CC with primary intrahepatic tumor found 8 months later, which might be the first case in English literature to the best of our knowledge. …

Die Therapie von Echinokokkosen sollte immer in spezialisierten Zentren erfolgen. Eine symptomlose Echinokokkose kann – egal ob von Hunde- oder Fuchsbandwurm ausgelöst – konservativ erfolgen. Wenn eine Op. nötig ist, kann es sinnvoll sein, vorher Zysten zu leeren und zu desinfizieren.
