Brunner’s gland hamartoma (BGH) is a rare benign duodenal neoplasm. Mostly asymptomatic and detected incidentally on endoscopy, symptomatic lesions can present as upper or lower gastrointestinal bleeding or obstructive symptoms. Obstructive symptoms are due to luminal compromise by large sized tumors or rarely by duodenal intussusception [
