Gynäkologische Krebserkrankungen in der Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Eine gynäkologische Krebserkrankung während der Schwangerschaft ist ein große Herausforderung und es ist ein multidisziplinäres Behandlungskonzept notwendig. Diagnostik und Therapie sollten soweit wie möglich der Standardbehandlung der jeweiligen Karzinome entsprechen. Bei Zervix-, Ovarial- und Vulvakarzinomen kann ein modifiziertes chirurgisches Vorgehen versucht werden. Durch eine Chemotherapie während des 2. und 3. Trimenons wird wahrscheinlich die Rate an fetalen Missbildungen nicht erhöht. Die Geburt sollte, wenn möglich, erst nach der 35. Schwangerschaftswoche erfolgen.
