In a case-control study conducted among cases born between January 2012 and April 2015, two boys (aged 18.6 months and 20.96 months)¹ were described, who developed large local reaction (LLR) following vaccination with both Hib-DTaP-hepatitis-B-poliovirus-vaccine-(Infanrix-hexa) [Infanrix-hexa] and MMR-varicella-zoster-virus-vaccine [Proquad] or MMR-varicella-zoster-virus-vaccine alone [doses not stated]. …
