A 53-year-old woman developed bull's eye maculopathy during treatment with hydroxychloroquine. The woman, who was receiving hydroxychloroquine for 12 years at the dose of 400 mg/day [route and indication not stated]. She presented with classical bilateral BEM observed on fundal photographs. Fundus autofluorescence and the infrared reflectance image revealed typical symmetrical high signal haloes in the right eye and left eye.
