In a retrospective chart review of 21 patients treated for non-infectious non-necrotising scleritis between April 2002 and November 2012, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who experienced an allergic reaction during treatment with infliximab for non-infectious non-necrotising scleritis. The patient started receiving infliximab [Remicade; route and dosage not stated]. Subsequent, the patient experienced an allergic reaction [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated].
