Abstract

Bilateral osteonecrosis of the tuberculum majus has not been reported in the literature. A case of bilateral avascular necrosis of the tuberculum majus is presented associated with smoking and occasional alcohol consumption as risk factors, which was successfully treated with non-operative treatment.
