Primary dural lymphoma (PDL), which arising primarily from the dura mater without leptomeningeal, parenchymal brain or systemic involvement, is a rare disease that accounts for less than 1 % of all brain lymphomas [
1]. Reported cases of intracranial PDL are typically low-grade B-cell lymphomas, such as extranodal marginal zone lymphoma subtypes or follicular lymphoma subtypes. Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) of the dura mater, a high-grade subtype of PDL, is extremely rare [
