Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a curable malignancy and almost always presents with lymph node involvement [
1]. Isolated extranodal HL is exceedingly rare [
1,
2]. Primary pancreatic lymphomas (PPL) are usually of non-Hodgkin type. Although PPL are described many times in the literature before, primary pancreatic Hodgkin lymphomas (PPHL) are rarely described in the past, and hence, not much is known about their behavior [
3]. It is essential to differentiate PPHL from more common pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) due to significant difference in treatment and prognosis [
