In this retrospective cohort study, one patient was described [age and sex not stated], experienced bloating following therapy with metformin and sitagliptin. The patient, who had a history of type 2 diabetes, was started on metformin and sitagliptin [dosages and routes not stated]. The patient developed bloating.
