Both Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) and Hemifacial spasm (HFS) belong to the category of neurovascular compression (NVC) syndrome. In most cases, both TN and HFS are attributed to the vascular abnormalities nearby the root exit zone (REZ) of cranial nerve (CN) V and VII from the brainstem, respectively [
