In a Brazilian retrospective, multicenter, real-life study of 109 patients, two patients [1 male and 1 female; ages not stated] were described, who developed lipohypertrophy (1 patient) and mild elevation of liver enzymes (1 patient) during treatment with pegvisomant for acromegaly [dosage, route and duration of treatment to reactions onsets not stated].
