Zusammenfassung

Die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Möglichkeiten im Herzkatheterlabor ergeben sich erst aus der Applikation jodhaltigen Röntgenkontrastmittels und der Visualisierung mittels Röntgenstrahlung. Betrachtet man das applizierte Röntgenkontrastmittel als eine Art Medikament, so wird leicht verständlich, dass neben der erwünschten Wirkung auch unerwünschte Wirkungen auftreten können
