Complete heart block (CHB) is a rare disease with an incidence in the general population of 1/15,000 to 1/20,000 live-born infants [
1]. CHB is frequently associated with intracardiac structural malformations such as atrioventricular septal defects and congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA). In other cases, it occurs in the absence of cardiac malformations and is associated with maternal autoimmune disorders (isolated complete atrioventricular block). We describe a case of prenatal diagnosis CHB and ccTGA, which to our knowledge is the fourth case that has been reported [
