In a retrospective study, a paediatric patient [age and sex not stated] developed asymptomatic hypotension following therapy with propranolol. The patient had a history of infantile haemangioma. The patient received oral liquid propranolol at an initial dose of 1 mg/kg/day divided in three equal doses for the first week. In the second week, the patient received 2 mg/kg/day, divided in three equal doses. The patient developed asymptomatic hypotension [duration of therapy to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. …
