Zusammenfassung

Die Schuppenflechte (Psoriasis) ist eine chronisch-entzündliche, immunvermittelte Erkrankung der Haut mit nicht einheitlicher Genetik. Klinisches Leitsymptom sind rötliche Plaques mit silbriger Schuppung. Typische Lokalisationen sind die Gelenkstreckseiten, die Kopfhaut einschließlich der retroaurikulären Falte sowie die Analfalte. Nagelveränderungen treten im Verlauf bei zwei Dritteln der Patienten auf, sind aber nicht mit der Aktivität und/oder Schwere der Hautveränderungen assoziiert.
