Die Aktualisierung der S3-Leitlinie „Psychoonkologische Diagnostik, Beratung und Behandlung von erwachsenen Krebspatienten“

Zusammenfassung

Die S3-Leitlinie für die psychoonkologische Diagnostik, Beratung und Behandlung von erwachsenen Krebspatienten wurde im Rahmen des Leitlinienprogramms Onkologie aktualisiert. Die in der Leitlinie gegebenen Empfehlungen basieren auf den Ergebnissen systematischer Literaturrecherchen und der daraus abgeleiteten Evidenz sowie auf einem systematischen Expert*innenkonsens. Systematische Literaturrecherchen wurden für die Kapitel „Psychische Komorbidität“, „Diagnostische Verfahren“ sowie „Psychoonkologische Interventionen“ durchgeführt. Der Einsatz standardisierter Screeningverfahren zur Erfassung der psychischen Belastung wurde durch eine evidenzbasierte Empfehlung spezifiziert. Im Bereich Interventionen wurden neue Verfahren wie psychoonkologische E‑Health-Angebote, psychoonkologische Einzel- und Gruppenangebote in der Palliativphase und die psychoonkologische Krisenintervention aufgenommen. Im Vergleich zur Erstversion der Leitlinie konnten aufgrund der deutlich verbesserten Evidenz die Empfehlungen für die verschiedenen Interventionsformen im Hinblick auf verschiedene Endpunkte differenzierter dargestellt werden.
