Rechtes Herz und Lungenkreislauf in der modernen Bildgebung

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Die Bildgebung von rechtem Herz und Lungenkreislauf spielt im klinischen Alltag eine große Rolle, angefangen bei der Abklärung des Verdachts einer akuten Lungenembolie bis hin zur Differenzialdiagnostik und prognostischen Abschätzung bei Patienten mit pulmonaler Hypertonie.

Ziel der Arbeit

Dieser Artikel soll einen aktuellen Überblick zum klinischen Einsatz und Stellenwert der modernen Bildgebung in der Diagnostik, Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie bei Patienten mit pulmonaler Hypertonie geben.

Material und Methoden

Übersicht zu bildgebenden Untersuchungen von rechtem Herz und Lungenkreislauf anhand aktueller Literatur und persönlicher Erfahrung der Autoren.

Ergebnisse und Diskussion

Das rechte Herz und der Lungenkreislauf können mittels Echokardiographie, Röntgenbild, Computertomographie, Magnetresonanztomographie, Szintigraphie und Angiographie umfassend untersucht werden, wobei sich die einzelnen Methoden ergänzen. Bei der Indikationsstellung und Interpretation sollten Anamnese und Befunde funktioneller Untersuchungen berücksichtigt werden. Zum definitiven Nachweis oder Ausschluss einer pulmonalen Hypertonie ist die Durchführung einer Rechtsherzkatheteruntersuchung erforderlich.
