In a study, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed asymptomatic hypotension during treatment with sacubitril/valsartan for heart failure and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The patient, who had HFrEF, and had previously received treatment with low-dose enalapril, started receiving sacubitril/valsartan with an initial dose of 50mg twice daily, which was progressively up-titrated every week to 100mg twice daily and then to 200mg twice daily [route not stated]. During sacubitril/valsartan up-titration, the patient developed asymptomatic hypotension [time to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. …
