Eine 72-jährige Patientin kommt mit dem Rettungsdienst in Ihre Klinik. Die alleinlebende, sonst ohne Hilfsmittel gut mobile Patientin war über die Leine ihres Hundes gestolpert und auf die linke Seite gefallen. Nun beklagt sie Schmerzen in der linken Hüfte und Leiste. Ein Mobilisationsversuch scheiterte. Ein Bodycheck ergab keinen Hinweis auf weitere Verletzungen; die Patientin war jederzeit kardiopulmonal stabil. Die Patientin wurde durch den Rettungsdienst analgosediert und das linke Bein auf einer Knierolle gelagert. …
