Dear editor, a 49-year-old woman presented with an 8-month history of progressively worsening neck stiffness, bilateral elbow posturing, and daily whole-body shaking events, triggered by fear and sensory stimuli and lasting for a few minutes. Upon hospitalization, she developed polyuria (more than 200 mL of urine per hour) and polydipsia. Medical and psychiatric histories were unremarkable, and she was not on any medications. …
