Intravenous pulse cyclophosphamide is the standard therapy for the treatment of lupus nephritis [1]. Menstrual irregularities and premature ovarian failure can result from the prolonged use of cyclophosphamide [2, 3]. The teratogenic potential of cyclophosphamide has also been reported [4], and its effect has been proven in humans [5]. Its effect on pregnancy outcomes has not been studied well. We report a case of successful twin pregnancy during treatment with cyclophosphamide in a patient with lupus nephritis. …
