A 2.75-year-old girl developed asthenia during treatment with tetrabenazine. The girl, who had a history of congenital hypothyroidism, was diagnosed with nonsense heterozygous pathogenic variant in NKX2-1 gene. For treatment of benign hereditary chorea related to NKX2-1 with ataxia and dystonia, she was started on tetrabenazine for 3 months with maximum dose of 1.5 mg/kg/day [route not stated].
