Zusammenfassung

Belastungsinduzierte ventrikuläre Tachykardien (BVT) treten beim Long-QT-Syndrom (LQTS) oder bei der katecholaminergen polymorphen ventrikulären Tachykardie (CPVT) als typisches und häufiges Merkmal auf. Bei der arrhythmogenen rechtsventrikulären Kardiomyopathie (ARVC) und der hypertrophen Kardiomyopathie (HCM) sind sie hingegen eher selten. Hier kommt den BVT in erster Linie eine prognostische Bedeutung zu. In der vorliegenden Übersicht werden die vier genannten Kardiomyopathien kurz vorgestellt und die Bedeutung von BVT für die jeweilige Kardiomyopathie genauer besprochen.
