A man was diagnosed with complex partial seizures at the age of 27 years, which was refractory to carbamazepine, phenytoin and zonisamide [route and dosage not stated]. At the age of 46 years, he was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy with dysphoria. At this time, he was receiving zonisamide 300mg [frequency not stated].
