Pharmaka zur Verbesserung motorischer Defizite nach einem Schlaganfall

Zusammenfassung

Seit ca. 20 Jahren werden kontrollierte randomisierte Studien mit unterschiedlichen Medikamenten durchgeführt, um die motorische Funktionsrestitution nach einem Schlaganfall zu unterstützen. Bislang zeigen Serotoninwiederaufnahmehemmer mit der größten Anzahl positiv verlaufener Studien die deutlichste Evidenz einer Wirksamkeit. Auch für L‑Dopa ergeben sich Hinweise für eine funktionsfördernde Wirkung bei allerdings erheblich weniger Studien. Für Amphetamine besteht eine überwiegend negative Datenlage. Auch D‑Cycloserin kann nicht empfohlen werden. Zukünftige therapeutische Ansätze wie Anti-Nogo-Antikörper und Zelltherapie werden dargestellt.
