Additionally, she developed mood lability during treatment with aripiprazole and lisdexamfetamine-related irritability and mood swings during treatment with lisdexamfetamine for behavioural problems related to PTLS [routes and durations of treatments to reactions onsets not stated; not all outcomes stated]. …

Clonidine is antihypertensive and it is not an indicated treatment for behavioural issues related to Potocki-Lupski syndrome. Therefore, efficacy with clonidine is not expected when used to treat behavioural issues related to Potocki-Lupski syndrome.
