Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Fortschritte in den arthroskopischen Techniken am Schultergelenk haben neue Möglichkeiten in der Versorgung von Glenoidrand- und Skapulafrakturen mit Gelenkbeteiligung geschaffen.

Material und Methode

Darstellung der arthroskopischen Möglichkeiten bei Glenoidrand- und Skapulafrakturen. Evaluierung und Diskussion technischer Möglichkeiten der Frakturversorgung und bisheriger Ergebnisse.

Ergebnisse

Das arthroskopische Vorgehen bietet gegenüber dem offenen potenzielle Vorteile in der Weichteilschonung und der Diagnostik und Therapie von Begleitverletzungen. Erste technische Beschreibungen zeigen, dass die Versorgung zwar anspruchsvoll, aber technisch umsetzbar ist und eine anatomische Reposition der Fraktur ermöglicht. Die wenigen Fallserien zeigen dabei vielversprechende früh- und mittelfristige Ergebnisse. Bei noch niedriger Evidenz bleiben weitere Langzeitergebnisse und höhere Fallzahlen abzuwarten.
