Vasculitis syndrome accompanied by multiple liver lesions is uncommon. Biliary hamartomas, also called von Meyenburg complexes (VMCs), are small benign liver malformations that pathologically contain cystic dilated bile ducts surrounded by abundant fibrous stroma [
