A woman in her 40s was receiving chemotherapy with bleomycin [dosage and route not stated], doxorubicin, vinblastine and dacarbazine for Hodgkin's disease. She subsequently presented with pruritic, erythematous lesions on her back and lower limbs [time to reaction onset not stated]. Old lesions evolved with hyperpigmentation while newer lesions appeared. Examination revealed light-brown macules with a distinct linear appearance on her legs, ankles and upper back. From her clinical picture, she was diagnosed with flagellate dermatitis due to bleomycin. The medication was suspended and her lesions disappeared. …
