A 20-year-old woman developed blurred vision after receiving botulinum toxin A treatment for Wilson disease. The woman was diagnosed with Wilson disease and started on zinc and penicillamine. She displayed multiple types of facial dystonias and retrocollis which were treated with botulinum toxin A [route and dosage not stated].
