Periinterventionelles und perioperatives Gerinnungsmanagement bei pneumologischen Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Im Jahr 2022 wurden aktuelle europäische und amerikanische Leitlinien veröffentlicht, die das perioperative Management der antithrombotischen Therapie empfehlen. Das Abwägen des Blutungsrisikos gegenüber dem thrombotischen bzw. thromboembolischen Risiko im Rahmen einer thoraxchirurgischen oder bronchoskopischen Prozedur ist für die Sicherheit der pneumologischen Patienten von entscheidender Bedeutung. Hierbei spielt das Fortführen bzw. Pausieren von Thrombozytenaggregationshemmern, Vitamin-K-Antagonisten oder neuen Antikoagulanzien im Rahmen einer Operation oder einer Bronchoskopie eine entscheidende Rolle und wird im Kontext von Erkenntnissen aus klinischen Studien dargestellt.
