A 33-year-old woman developed persistent genital arousal syndrome (PGAD) following withdrawal of clomipramine. 1 The woman, who had obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and major depressive disorder started receiving treatment with clomipramine [route and dosage not stated]. She received clomipramine treatment for a while. She started experiencing PGAD symptoms following cessation of clomipramine treatment [time to reaction onset not stated].
